The 7 Chakras Breath Flow

Chakra which translates to wheel in sanskrit, refers to various points of concentrated energy or vortexes within the subtle body/energy body.

There are many chakras, each with its own characteristics, region of the body it governs and is located, a specific bodily system it’s connected to and how the function of each system is influenced. However, during this month, we will be focusing only on the 7 main/popular chakras only.

The chakras are very influential over our physical body, interactions, choices, feelings and overall health as such keeping a balance in these vortexes is just as important as maintaining our physical well being..

During this 1 month flow, we will be getting to know more about the chakras, how they influence our overall well being and how to activate, cleanse and recharge them through breath, sound frequencies and micro guided meditations.

Breathing through the 7 Chakras is a very powerful practice that is intended to unify mind body and spirit in a relaxing yet very empowering way. Chakra focused breathing also brings a lot of support to the nervous system, improves circulation and oxygenation to the cells.

Through this modality, we can bring the body into calm coherence, release stored trauma, dissolve old unhealthy patterns, release stored tension and awaken mental clarity.

This ancient practice is a gentle yet transformative way back to alignment using breath as a bridge between the physical body and the subtle energy within.
