
The Journey Back To The Breath
My rediscovery of the breath started way before I understood it’s full potential. For the most part of my teenage years and adult life, I was breathing merely to survive- not truly live.
Years of shallow, unconscious breathing had created tangled knots of tension and anxiety in my neck, shoulders, back and abdomen. My nervous system was constantly locked in a state of fight or flight, keeping me disconnected from my body’s natural rhythm and peace.
My name is Mercy, and I invite you on an empowering journey of self-rediscovery to awaken your innate ability to heal, regulate and thrive through the sacred power of breath.
Through learning to breathe in harmony with the body’s natural cycles and flow of hormones, I found strength, clarity and balance. This conscious connection allowed me to navigate two successful, non-medicated childbirths and reclaim my wholeness after years of chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation.
As a certified breath work facilitator, I now guide others through intentional, embodied practices that support emotional release, energetic cleansing, deep cellular restoration and nervous system regulation.
With grounded intuitive presence, I hold a space that is sacred and safe where your body reconnects with your breath and primordial consciousness and the breath becomes your greatest teacher and healer.
