Breath work is a practice that reminds us of what the body has always known-how to breathe in a way that nourishes, heals, awakens, balances and restores your entire being back to a state of wholeness.

Modern and sedentary lifestyles have conditioned us to live in a constant state of being disconnected from ourselves. Daily tension, stress, shallow breathing and functioning in the sympathetic mode of the nervous system creates an imbalance that seeks our attention, bringing us back to the breath.

When we consistently practice conscious, intentional breath work, we begin to shift from surviving to living fully, deeply and in alignment with our true essence.

At Ancient Breath LLC, breath work is more than a technique. It is a return to primordial wisdom and the pathway back to emotional, energetic and spiritual balance.

What is Sound Healing?

For thousands of years, cultures around the world have used sound as some form of healing/medicine. Today, modern research confirms the ancient people always understood the healing power of sound and vibration.

Sound Healing is the use of vibration, frequency and intention to harmonize mind, body and spirit. Sound can profoundly influence our brainwaves, heart rate, stress levels and emotions.

At Ancient Breath LLC, sound healing is a soothing and gentle yet transformative experience.

A Journey of Remembrance

My rediscovery of the breath (the way the human body is built to breathe), started long before I understood it’s full potential. The first fifteen ( 15 ) years of my life was spent in chaos and instability, leaving me in a state of fight or flight response to my daily experiences. I was breathing merely to survive- not truly live.

Years of shallow, unconscious breathing had created tangled knots of tension and anxiety in my neck, shoulders, back and abdomen. My nervous system was perpetually locked and unbalanced, keeping me functioning in a sympathetic mode and disconnected from my body’s natural rhythm and peace.

My name is Mercy, and I invite you on an empowering journey of self-rediscovery to awaken ones natural ability to heal, balance and succeed through the sacred power of breath.

Relearning how to breathe in harmony with my body’s natural rhythm and flow of hormones, I found strength, clarity and equilibrium. This conscious connection has allowed me to navigate two successful, non-medicated childbirths and reclaim my wholeness.

As a certified breath work facilitator, I guide others through intentional, embodied practices that support emotional release, energetic cleansing and deep cellular restoration.

With grounded intuitive presence, I hold a space that is sacred and safe where your body can connect with primordial consciousness and breath-work becomes your greatest healer.
