Day 1- Awareness
1 Find a safe and quiet place, sit or lie comfortable.
2 Just observe your breath
In this moment, you’re not shifting or changing your breathing pattern, you’re just observing how you’re breathing, how the breath flows in and out of your body. There’s no right or wrong way in this moment, just room to breathe.
