I am here to guide you back to sacred connection with your breath.
Whether you are new to breath work or looking to improve your overall experiences, this is your path to inner and outer transformation.
I provide specific breathing techniques to enhance your meditation experiences, reset the nervous system, assist you with emotional release , clear out stagnant energy and connect you with your inner wisdom.

Intro Session
This session is a 30 min beginner’s session during which we cover the basis of diaphragmatic breathing, practice intention setting Breath and box breathing/grounding breath.

Weekly Reset and Somatic Release
This is a 45 mins weekly session for recalibrating the mind, body and spirit through diaphragmatic and somatic breathing to promote healing in the nervous system, improve mental health and Release emotions or stagnant energy.

Relax and Recharge
In this 60 minute session, we will scan the body with the breath to identify areas of the body that need more attention/healing. We will also do slow and calm breaths to relax the mind and nervous system along with grounding breaths to help you stay in the present moment and foster a sense of safety.

Deeper Roots Breath
Within this breath Portal, you will learn how to remain present and grounded in the moment, explore breathing techniques to foster a sense of safety in your body, support your root and earthstar chakras and giving you a deeper connection to the planet.

Back To The Heart Breath
With intentional breathing, blocked or forgotten emotions or memories are confronted in the heart space, bringing closure and healing. This creates a deeper connection with self and a deeper sense of unconditional love and compassion.
